Timelines vary significantly by project type and scope. Property acquisition can take 3–6 months; full interior design and renovation projects typically range from 12–24 months. We provide detailed project schedules at the outset of each engagement.
For select clients, we offer ongoing property management and maintenance coordination, ensuring your investment remains in pristine condition whether occupied or not. This service is available by arrangement.
